1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ukd264 website accessible at ukd264.vip and all sub-pages, features, games, and services available through it.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed using real-money or bonus funds through the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the ukd264 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and for personal, recreational purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. All account activity must be your own.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ukd264 or any associated software provider.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by ukd264 for violation of these Terms.
• You do not hold more than one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. ukd264 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed.

ukd264 does not knowingly permit persons under the age of 21 to register or play. If we have reason to believe an Account holder is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated during an unverified period may be voided.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ukd264 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Do not share your login details with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it periodically.
• Log out of your Account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Contact support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and all deposits made — is deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have promptly reported a security breach to ukd264. ukd264 uses 256-bit SSL encryption and session security protocols to protect Account data in transit and at rest.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

ukd264 accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options may be introduced or withdrawn at ukd264's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits apply per method and per time period. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance within approximately 90 seconds of a confirmed transaction.
• ukd264 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits. Your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which ukd264 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

ukd264 reserves the right to request proof that a payment account belongs to you before processing any withdrawal linked to that method. Deposits made using payment accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to you may be forfeited.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose Accounts have completed the full Verification process. ukd264 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per request.
• Maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and per time period, displayed on the withdrawal page within your Account.
• Standard processing time for verified accounts: 1 to 24 hours for bKash and Nagad; processing times for Rocket and Upay may vary.
• Withdrawals are only released once all applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to a balance have been satisfied.
• ukd264 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. Mobile wallet provider fees are the player's responsibility.

ukd264 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts. This may extend processing times beyond the standard window. ukd264 will communicate any delays as promptly as possible through your registered contact details.

In the event of suspected fraudulent activity or a suspected breach of these Terms, ukd264 may freeze a withdrawal request pending investigation. During such an investigation, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to provide information. ukd264 aims to resolve such investigations within 14 days of initiating them.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ukd264 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers throughout the year. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and sports bets may contribute less. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.

Players who choose to make a deposit without opting in to a bonus offer forfeit their eligibility for that particular offer on that deposit. Retroactive bonus application to existing deposits is not possible.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game rounds are subject to the specific rules displayed for each market or game. The following general rules apply across all products on the ukd264 Platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player except where in-play cash-out is available and the player elects to use it.
• ukd264 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was erroneously priced due to a technical error, human error, or data feed fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's Account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and market. Current limits are displayed on the bet placement interface.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, ukd264 will rely on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL, FIFA, etc.). ukd264's decision on disputed outcomes is final.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). ukd264 does not influence, adjust, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative in real time. The awarded amount is the value at the precise moment the jackpot is triggered.

Any attempt to exploit a technical malfunction — including, but not limited to, continuing to play a game that is displaying erroneous odds or pay-outs — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Winnings derived from a technical malfunction may be voided regardless of the player's intent.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ukd264 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on sporting events.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Opening or using accounts on behalf of third parties, or acting as an agent for another person in placing bets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or republish any part of the ukd264 Platform or its content.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software errors or known vulnerabilities for financial gain.

ukd264 employs fraud detection tools and may share data with third-party fraud prevention services where legally permitted. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all right of appeal regarding account closure or balance forfeiture.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Privacy and Data

ukd264 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, if:

• The Account holder's identity or age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Continued provision of services to the Account would expose ukd264 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Account holder requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.

Where an Account is closed by ukd264 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance — including real-money funds — may be forfeited. ukd264 will provide written notification of the reason for closure where it is lawful and practical to do so.

14 Amendments to These Terms
